Concrete scarifier

USES

- Wear down concrete surfaces (more aggressively than a grinder)
- Remove surface coatings from concrete (e.g. paints and sealers)
- Leaves a rough surface that can either have an overlay coating placed straight on top, or can be smoothed out by a grinder as desired
